Lego League Competition Revisited

December 3rd, 2008

The Lego League Competition that was held Saturday, November 8 was great. Overall there were 48 teams that participated from the Erie and Crawford county region. The one and two teams were the Walnut Creek wild cats, who were mentored by one of our team members, David Wilson. They will be going on to the Pittsburgh Regional competition. The team from J. S. Wilson middle school also did very well and will also be going to the Pittsburgh competition.

We find it very important for our team members to volunteer in these events since it helps introduce robotics to middle school students. That is why our team mentored 4 Lego Legue teams this year.

If you are interested in going to the Pittsburgh competition, it is scheduled for December 6.
